Apart from offering employment and bringing more tourists to the region, we are planning on building a new city next to Inka Park. In accordance with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals, this city will be fully climate-neutral.

Four fundamental pillars
We have identified four pillars that will enable Moche City to be as sustainable as possible. These include:
- Increased measures for zero-emission mobility
- A more sustainable system of waste collection
- A circular economy
- Sufficient urban green space
Sustainable roadmap
To help us achieve the SDG, we are committed to drawing up a roadmap, which should lead to gas-free neighborhoods, renewable energy generation, and zero-emission traffic. By creating as many closed circuits as possible, Moche City will minimize waste output and loss of resources.
Sustainable living
Additionally, Moche City will require a lot of urban development, providing housing, education, healthcare, and all other facilities needed to support a city with a population of 250,000. Living, working and relaxing in the most sustainable city on earth will be the absolute best!

Population growth and climate change are two key issues of our time, and we believe the realization of this new city can serve as a jumping-off point for a sustainable and prosperous future for all in Peru and broader Latin America.

Beaches, parks and food
Filled with restaurants and bars, people can go here for a nice dinner, or just to relax on the beach. In between the roads and the buildings will be landscape parks, providing enough green space for people to have a sand-free picnic or play with their children away from the water.
Parking
Full capacity
Visitors for both the resort and Moche City will be able to park in one large parking zone, preventing traffic jams and contributing to our sustainability goals. From the parking zone, people can transfer to local, sustainable means of transport, such as buses.
To determine the capacity of roads and parking zones, we will examine the amount of people at the theme park resort during peak attendance. This will ensure there is always enough space for everyone.
Infrastructure
Great connectivity
You will be able to drive directly onto Pan-American Highway 1, which connects the top of Alaska to the southernmost tip of Argentina from the east of the resort. Secondary road 558 crosses the land, connecting the towns of Guadalupe and Jequetepeque. Additionally, smaller unpaved roads cross the land at various points.

Sustainability is the norm
Peru’s bountiful natural resources, such as water and gas, make it a prime location for renewable energy sources. We are committed to drawing up a roadmap, which should lead to gas-free neighborhoods, renewable energy generation, and zero-emission traffic.
